COORDINATOR-E. VENGESA

Mr Vengesa is a development practitioner and NGO Executive with over 10 years of programme development, institutional funding and programme leadership experience at local and national levels. He is a solidly trained, experienced and highly motivated civil society player, researcher, and community leader with strong leadership, excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

His solid record of achievement is a derivative of positions he has held in the past, among them the following:

Programme Coordinator (CCJP Masvingo)

Good Governance Specialist (Progressio Zimbabwe) .

His qualifications include the following:

Masters of Science in Peace, Leadership and Conflict Resolution (2012)

Master’s in Business Administration (2004)

Bachelor of Education Management Degree (1999)

Certificate in Education (1990)

He is currently pursuing PhD studies in Peace building with Durban University of Technology, South Africa.

He also has additional training in Project Management, Peace and Conflict Resolution; Peace Building and in Project Management for Development Profession.The Team Leader had also additional training in Project Management, Peace and Conflict Resolution with the Institute of Peace Building in Africa-Nairobi, Kenya, (June 2010); Institute of Peace Building in Africa-Cairo, Egypt, (January 2011) and in Project Management for Development Profession (PMD ProLevel 1, 2012).

Noboth Nyama was born on 23 September 1993 in Harare. He went to St Columba’s High School in Honde Valley for ordinary and Advanced level. He is a holder of

1. Bachelor of Social Sciences Honors Degree in Peace and Governance (Bindura University).

2. Executive certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation (Catholic University in Zimbabwe)

3. Executive certificate in Disaster Management (Catholic University in Zimbabwe)

4. Master’s degree in Development Studies (Women University in Africa).

He is a holder of a clean class 2 driver’s license with a maximum of four years’ experience in peace and justice

Mazvita holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies (Women University in Africa), Honors Degree in Local Governance from Midlands State University.

2. Executive certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation (Catholic University in Zimbabwe)

3. Executive certificate in Project Management (Catholic University in Zimbabwe)

She holds a Special Honours Monitoring   and Evaluation Degree with Lupane State University

Gracious N Mutanguro is a hardworking and result oriented young woman, willing to face challenges and further progress her career with a strong team. She is passionate about helping vulnerable children to have access to education, shelter and health. She is a holder of Honours degree in Politics and Public Management from Midlands State University, Executive Certificate in Project Management Monitoring and Evaluation from Catholic University of Zimbabwe and Master in Public Policy and Governance from Africa Universit.She also holds a Bachelor of Science special honours in Monitoring and Evaluation from Lupane University.

Munyaradzi Blessing Zvinoira is a Project Officer currently working with the Catholic Commission for Justice and Peace, Mutare. The Commission educates, advocates, researches and documents towards the promotion of human rights. He manages project activities such as peace building and conflict mitigation trainings, disaster response, constitutional awareness and gender equality. He has qualifications in Developmental Studies, Pyschology and Disaster Management. He is passionate about seeing a community that radiates joy and light, protecting the rights and dignity of all. He has been working with CCJP-Mutare for a number of years.

Wilbert Tawanda Nyoni is a development practitioner with expertise in project management, particularly in human rights and peacebuilding initiatives. His work focuses on community development, human rights protection, monitoring and documentation, achieved through close collaboration with faith-based organizations and civil society groups, enhancing his understanding of the operational nexus between religion and development. He has served with CCJP-M as a project intern, project assistant, volunteer and currently project officer on various initiatives funded by prominent partners, including the European Union (EU), TRACE, TROCAIRE, Dan Church Aid, KAS, and Misereor. Wilbert's key competencies include community development, facilitation, civic participation, human rights protection, peacebuilding, and project design and implementation. He holds a Master of Arts in Development Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies from Midlands State University, along with executive certificates in Project Management, Monitoring, and Evaluation, and Disaster Management from the Catholic University of Zimbabwe. With a robust background in development practice, Wilbert is committed to fostering positive change in communities through effective project management and collaborative approaches.

Panashe Lourine Hayisa is a lady who aims to bring a difference when it comes to Justice and Peace building within our community .She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Honours Degree in Accounting from University of Zimbabwe.She is the current Finnance and Administration Officer for CCJP Mutare.

Lorraine Mufaro Ndudzo  is a Holder of a Bachelor of Accounting Honours Degree and currently doing a Masters in Professional Accounting and Corporate Gorvernance.Lorraine is  highly motivated by the adavancement of technology and standards i accounting.She is passionate about applying her knowledge in intergration of accounting standard systems and business environments with inteligent control expertise from four areas that is financial accounting,management accounting auditing and taxation
